Gratitude June 14, 2026

This deck surrounded by trees.

My inspiration space.

My relaxation space.

My connection space.

Morning coffee.

What is it about you that soothes me?

Thank you.

Gardens.

Mulch.

Soil.

My mom’s old shoes, our garden connection.

My way of getting intimate with the earth.

My body.

Stronger than ever.

Less tension, less tightness.

Thank you, yoga.

Thank you, yin.

My solitude and discernment.

Sets me apart so I know

what’s for me.

Open space.

I feared you initially

and now I adore you.

Blank canvas so I can meet the moment and

trust my energetic guidance.

Kids who understand.

Who see.

Who know.

Thank you for these blessings.

Freedom.

It’s constantly expanding.

My limitations revealed again and again

so I can choose to allow freedom in.

These single years.

Oh so painful and lonely at first.

Now oh so sweet.

I know you’ll come to an end soon and I’ll carry your lessons with me always.

Thank you for showing me how to love myself.

How to choose myself.

How to ensure that I’ll never abandon myself again.

My sensitivity.

I care.

It hurts to be around those who don’t care.

I choose my sensitivity, my empathy, my knowing.

It guides me to what’s right.

it guides me to what’s ready to release.

It helps me know what’s precious and helps me wait for those who also know what’s precious.

Thank you for this life.

Thank you for this destiny.

Thank you for the destruction.

Thank you for the rebirths.
